In November 2024, I left my boring 9-to-5 job. I worked in an office for a utilities company; I really disliked my job It felt like Groundhog Day.  I started joining Facebook groups and realized that many people felt the same. 

 I started learning a new skill, "digital products," rather than continuing to be miserable. I started creating them to sell on Etsy.  It took a while before I started to see results.  However, when I did, I was astonished. A 50-year-old man learning new skills—it was fun, it was exciting, and it kept me on my toes.  I'm still making a living from it a year later.
